Perseverance and determination are qualities needed as a woman in the outdoor industry.  During our chat with Lisa Roper, we learned about her upbringing in the outdoors, what it's like being a woman in the industry, and passing along her knowledge to help mentor and inspire others to find confidence in the outdoors. 

Josh is a natural area manager in the Manitoba region for Nature Conservancy Canada. He coordinates the delivery of programming in multiple wetlands and mixed-grass prairie regions of Manitoba. In this episode, we chat about his job and his passion for hunting and fishing. 

The crew at Panoramic had the chance to sit down with Colten Kerr from Cypress Crossing, a world-renowned bird outfitting business in Arkansas.  Colten chats about hunting birds in timber, fields and water.  We discuss different tactics and tips across Canada and the States, as well as some great info on the business side of things, outfitting, and photography. Graeson Fehr has been crafting his own blades for over a decade now.  Starting with a home-built forge and DIY charcoal in 2013, he has since elevated his game to making fine custom carbon knives that are sharp and tough. You don't cover ground like that without learning a thing or two.

Graeson now owns his own knife making company, Fehr Forgeworks based out of Manitoba. He shares some his lessons in both forging and business with Sheldon and Tristan, as well as his journey of leaving his career path to fold steel.
