In this Episode of the Panoramic Outdoors Podcast, Sheldon and Brennan sat down with Jordan Sillars.  Jordan is a Managing Editor for Meateater and writes many articles about Conservation, Firearms, Anthropology, and of course Hunting!

We had an awesome chat about how he came into the hunting/outdoors scene, and some about his motivations growing up and becoming a professional outdoor writer.

159. The Business of Ducks with Barry Good

Barry has been a local waterfowl guide in the prairie pothole region for over 20 years! Sheldon and Tristen managed to grab him for a podcast episode before the season got hot! In this episode, the guys chat about hunting the prairies, decoy, and blind evolution, hunting with camera crews, and customers who have been hunting with Barry well into their 80s! We also get into table fare, bird dogs, and land management. Grab a beer, your good boy or girl, and maybe some calls, and enjoy this waterfowling episode!

158. Extreme angling with the Hollywood Angler, Adam Moryto

Sheldon and Brennan caught up with Hollywood actor and extreme angler Adam Moryto.  They dive down into the depths of the extreme angling world, catching monsters in the ocean and chat even some trout and walleye fishing in Canadian streams.

Adam has had busy acting career, having to squeeze his fishing excursions on set at times while filming next to the ocean.  Adam is also an advocate for mental health and specifically men's mental health. We were happy he could share those insights, along with some great fishing stories with all of us.

Sheldon and Brennan also share some new opportunities with Panoramic Outdoors, including a partnership with Badlands Canada, and the latest Merch!

The crew at Panoramic had the chance to sit down with Colten Kerr from Cypress Crossing, a world-renowned bird outfitting business in Arkansas.  Colten chats about hunting birds in timber, fields and water.  We discuss different tactics and tips across Canada and the States, as well as some great info on the business side of things, outfitting, and photography. Making outdoor content in the digital era can b a tough go in a competitive market with lots of voices, trust us, we should know! And so, when a voice shines through that is positive and loves to showcase honest hunting experiences, you gotta love to see it.

Mitchell Payment is the producer of the popular Wild TV show Mitchell Payment's Moment of Truth TV. Mitchell has carved out space by pursing trophy animals with a fun and real approach. We were humbled by Mitchell's love for both hunting and producing content.  This a real look at how and why hunting TV gets made.
